PAID WORK 2009

We are looking for staff to work at events throughout the summer 2009. Team leaders, Drivers of all classes and Litter Pickers are always needed. If you want an environmental job, working outdoors with plenty of flexibility, if you would enjoy living and working with a close knit team and spending your summers at events, please download the following form and return to us. Some of the events we have worked at in previous years include: Wychwood, Stonehenge Solstice, WOMAD, Big Chill, Cry Freedom, Green Man, Harbourside Regatta, Green Belt, Bristol Balloon Fiesta, Shambala, Bristol Organic Food Fair, End of the Road.

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES 2009

We aim to make the events we work at as sustainable as possible by minimising the amount of waste sent to landfill. We also make sure the entire site is tidy and free from litter as much as possible and we need your help to achieve this.

The work is varied but everyone in our crew is involved in the recycling process, some of the things you might be asked to do include:

• Picking up litter, separating the recyclables as you go.
• Emptying bins.
• Sorting the recyclables.
• Giving out bags at the main gates.

We offer a full adult pass and camping in exchange for your time and commitment. We will update this page when we know which events we need volunteers. Please bookmark this page or be sure to keep checking as ALL volunteer places are offered on a first come first served basis.
